Payroll Executive and HR Administrator
Experience
Having more than seven years of experience within the HR department of the M. Demajo Group, and with all the opportunities given to me, I have developed strong experience in all HR related matters and payroll. Starting from the very basic until now, as a Payroll Executive & HR Administrator, I was responsible for all HR & Administration work with excellence in Recruiting, Induction training, Employee relations and Payroll processing. The main achievements that I had in my previous positions motivated me, led me to grow and helped me be the person I am today.
Current Role
My main responsibility is Payroll, and my priority is to ensure that the payroll is properly prepared for all of our clients, in accordance with approved deadlines and abreast of statutory regulations related to payroll preparation. I am also part of the team of the Human Resources that handles administrative tasks as required by our clients. I enjoy mutually sharing ideas with my other team members as we are all enthusiastic to learn, improve and gain more success both for ourselves, the department and most importantly offering the best possible service to our clients.
About Myself
On a personal note, I have a characteristic for art. I appreciate the beauty of art being paintings and drawings, sculptures, theatre, history.. I love to travel to explore and learn, I love to hang out with friends for sharing experiences and I love my family as they are the world for me.
